The Mega Hurricane That NEVER Was

In the cross-hairs of Hurricane Patricia, Mexico’s Pacific coast was expecting the worst this past Saturday. Reported to potentially be the most powerful tropical cyclone ever measured in the Western Hemisphere, Patricia’s maximum sustained winds were officially registered at an unprecedented 200 mph (320 kph).

Bringing with it such catastrophic torrents, a deadly storm surge, and formidable flood threat, the expected Category 5 hurricane was set to unleash widespread destruction.

As is typically the case, media outlets and government spokespersons urged public in the area to brace themselves, and prepare for the worst.

Evacuating both visitors and residents trapped within inland coastal areas, Nayarit state, north of Puerto Vallarta, had activated some 400 hurricane shelters. While according to the newspaper Reforma, roughly 50,000 residents of the small state of Colima alone were staying in some 1,600 temporary safe housing facilities.

As expected, relief organizations including “Operation USA”, “Save the Children” and “World Vision” flew into high gear, and were quick to respond in soliciting online donations.

Yet in the end, what was packaged as an “Exceptionally Dangerous Situation in Mexico”, mysteriously fizzled out with little more than a whimper. With no reported deaths, and extremely minimal damage to most land and property, both tourists and locals seemed largely unfazed by it all. By Saturday mid-afternoon, in favour of more widely blue skies, virtually all clouds seen earlier in the day had simply vanished.

Just another day in paradise

It was “just another day in Paradise,” said Adan Jimene, a local resident of Puerto Vallarta. Other than a handful of taped up store front windows, there was very little evidence that just a few hours earlier the world-famous beach resort had been hit by a Category 5 hurricane.

As one might imagine, a lot of people have now been left scratching their heads, asking themselves: How could authorities have got it so wrong? Well, this is where it gets interesting. What it in fact appears, is that some analysts HAD predicted a dud. Moreover, there were recent widespread reports that various government insiders, people who were thoroughly qualified to offer an educated opinion, had been effectively shut down, “gagged” as it were, in the face of serious legal threats from their departmental superiors.

Calling it all part of a U.S. government sponsored global warming hoax, investigative researcher Jim Stone claims Patricia was at best a “tropical depression”, and that all pictures of the event’s eye-wall were based on nothing more than magically generated computer models.

While any number of National Weather Service and NOAA analysts could have quickly eased the hype and hysteria, one assumes they would rather not be made to lose their jobs, nor forced to spend an unknown time behind bars. Once again, as Stone noted in his investigative report, the so-called “hoax” hurricane manifested a mere TWO DAYS after the feds in Washington threatened employees of NOAA, and other weather agencies, that if they in any way spoke out against the party line they would immediately be jailed for breaking a gag order.

Commenting on the draconian measures, executive director of “PEER” (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) Jeff Ruch, had this to say:

“The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced”.

Ruch further noted that the government’s sweeping censorship policy effectively keeps most of what occurs inside the agency tightly under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.”

Once again, investigator Jim Stone makes no apologies, suspecting the government’s motives are quite clear: certain high-powered insiders needed yet another major super storm on the books in order to artificially inflate statistical weather data. This would in their minds then provide further “evidence”, and thereby justification, to more intensely promote the controversial world carbon tax and credit trading scheme, based on an equally dubious “man-made” “climate change” agenda.

How much more bizarre could things possibly be? If Stone is correct, and this is indeed a glimpse of things to come, one can easily picture the day where no dissident voices whatsoever will ever be freely heard again.
